USDA Reopens Cotton Sign-Up Period Voting and Amends Rules

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has reopened the voting period for the Cotton Research and Promotion Program's sign-up period, allowing eligible cotton producers and importers to request a continuance referendum on the 1991 amendments to the Cotton Research and Promotion Order, as part of the 1990 amendments to the Cotton Research and Promotion Act.
