Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to American Packaging Corporation of Rochester, New York, an exclusive license to U.S. Patent No. 7,387,205, "Packaging System for Preserving Perishable Items", issued on June 17, 2008.
