Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to KamTec, LLC of Lincoln, Nebraska, an exclusive license to U.S. Patent No. 5,710,099, "Bioactive Compounds," issued on January 20, 1998 and U.S. Patent No. 5,854,178, "Bioactive Compounds," issued on December 29, 1998.
