USDA Withdraws Proposed Rule on Poultry Grower Ranking Systems

The USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has withdrawn a proposed rule regarding live poultry dealer ranking systems, which would have addressed unfair or deceptive practices in poultry grower ranking. The Secretary of Agriculture will develop revised proposals instead.
