USDA to Implement New Privacy Act System for Contractor and Visitor Records

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is establishing a new system of records to collect information on contractor employees and visitors working in USDA facilities during public health emergencies, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and OMB Circular A-108.
