FSIS Announces Plan to Revise Laboratory Information Collection

The Food Safety and Inspection Service is seeking to revise its approved information collection for laboratories, which is set to expire on March 31, 2022, and aims to reduce the burden hours by 12 hours due to the discontinuation of the Pasteurized Egg Product Recognized Laboratory Form.
