USDA Determines Not to Conduct Continuance Referendum on Cotton Research and Promotion Act Amendments

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has decided not to hold a referendum on the 1991 amendments to the Cotton Research and Promotion Order, following a sign-up period that allowed eligible producers and importers to request a continuance referendum, which closed on October 29, 2021.
