Coast Guard Awards Certificate of Alternative Compliance to CAPT. JIM MCALLISTER

The U.S. Coast Guard has issued a certificate of alternative compliance to Captain Jim McAllister, exempting his vessel from certain regulations due to design and construction limitations, in accordance with the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972.
