EPA Grants Exemption to Bayer Crop Science LP for Lipochitooligosaccharide (LCO) MOR116 in Food Commodities

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Bayer Crop Science LP, formerly Monsanto Company, from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of lipochitooligosaccharide (LCO) MOR116 in food commodities, provided it is used in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.
