EPA Takes Final Action on Ozone Nonattainment Areas

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made final determinations on 11 ozone nonattainment areas classified as 'Moderate' for the 2008 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), including attaining areas, extending attainment dates, and reclassifying areas that failed to meet the standards.
