US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Antidumping Duty on Korean Polyester Staple Fiber

The US Department of Commerce has launched a review of the antidumping duty on fine denier polyester staple fiber from Korea, following a change in circumstances, and has also released preliminary results identifying Toray Advanced Materials Korea, Inc. as the successor to Toray Chemical Korea, Inc.
