Department of the Interior Modifies Privacy Act System for Individual Indian Money Trust Funds

The Department of the Interior is updating its Individual Indian Money (IIM) Trust Funds system to reflect changes in management and scope, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, in accordance with the American Indian Trust Fund Management Reform Act of 1994.
