North Carolina Seeks EPA Approval for Revised Hazardous Waste Management Program

The state of North Carolina has submitted a proposal to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of changes to its hazardous waste management program, which, if approved, will meet all requirements under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended.
