FWS and NMFS Revise Endangered Species Act Regulations for Interagency Cooperation

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) have revised their regulations to clarify and implement the procedures for interagency cooperation under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended.
