U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service Revise Endangered Species Regulations

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service have revised their regulations to clarify procedures for listing and removing species from the Endangered Species List and designating critical habitats, as mandated by the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
