U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Revises Regulations for Threatened Wildlife and Plants

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has updated its rules to remove the automatic extension of prohibitions on endangered species to threatened species, while maintaining existing protections for already listed threatened species.
