EPA Exempts Oxirane-Based Pesticide Ingredient from Tolerance Requirement

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Clariant Corporation, allowing the use of oxirane, 2-methyl-, polymer with oxirane, monoundecyl ether, branched and linear in pesticide formulations without a tolerance limit, following a petition submitted by Exponent, Inc. on behalf of Clariant.
