FMCSA Proposes Fee Reductions for Unified Carrier Registration Plan and Agreement

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is proposing to reduce annual registration fees for motor carriers, brokers, and leasing companies participating in the Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) Plan and Agreement, with the goal of keeping fees below the statutory maximum and accounting for excess funds.
