EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement Agreement for Alreco Metals Superfund Site in Michigan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed settlement agreement with Louis Padnos Iron & Metal Company, Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc., and Service Aluminum Corporation, requiring them to pay $585,570.40 to the Hazardous Substance Superfund for past response costs at the Alreco Metals Superfund Site in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
