U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Submit Information Collection Request for Trademark and Copyright Recordation and Enforcement Regulations

The Department of Homeland Security will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of regulations related to the recordation and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
