FMCSA Grants Exemption to Transco, Inc. for Hours of Service of Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has approved Transco, Inc.'s request to exempt its drivers from a 30-minute rest break provision, allowing them to take breaks while performing non-driving tasks, such as making wholesale deliveries to grocery and convenience stores.
