National Cancer Institute Considers Exclusive Patent License for Cancer Therapy Patent

The National Cancer Institute, part of the National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, is considering granting an exclusive patent license to Intima Bioscience, Inc., a New York-based company, to use its patented genetically-modified lymphocytes for cancer treatment.
