US Department of Housing and Urban Development Publishes Fair Market Rents for Fiscal Year 2020

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development has published the Fair Market Rents for the Housing Choice Voucher Program, Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program, and other programs for Fiscal Year 2020, as required by the Housing Opportunities Through Modernization Act of 2016. The updated rents are effective on October 1, 2020, and are calculated based on the methodology outlined in the notice.
