NOAA Announces Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Restoration Blueprint

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has released a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) to evaluate alternatives for expanding the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary's boundary, updating regulations, and revising the management plan to protect the area's unique marine resources and historical sites.
