NMFS Announces Submission of Amendment 21-4 to Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan

The Pacific Fishery Management Council has submitted Amendment 21-4 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan for review by the Secretary of Commerce, which aims to adjust the catch share program, address problems, and update outdated regulations to improve bycatch management and provide more flexibility in the at-sea sectors.
