STB Grants Exemption to Alabama Export Railroad for Mississippi Export Railroad Control

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) has granted an exemption to Alabama Export Railroad, Inc. to continue operating the Mississippi Export Railroad Company, allowing the railroad to maintain control over its assets. This exemption is effective immediately.
