US Department of Commerce Extends Countervailing Duty Order on Chinese Pipe and Tube Imports

The US Department of Commerce has decided not to revoke a countervailing duty order on imports of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China, citing concerns that removing the order would allow continued unfair subsidies from Chinese manufacturers.
