BLM Announces Availability of Willow Master Development Plan Draft Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Land Management is opening a comment period for its Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the Willow Master Development Plan, a project that will be held public meetings and a subsistence-related hearing to receive comments on its potential impact on subsistence resources and activities.
