NOAA's Plan for Periodic Review of Regulations Under the Regulatory Flexibility Act

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Office of National Marine Sanctuaries will review existing regulations with a significant economic impact on small businesses, organizations, and governments, as required by the Regulatory Flexibility Act, and assess whether changed conditions warrant a review of previously certified rules.
