EPA Proposes Approval of Idaho's State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of Idaho's Department of Environmental Quality's revised state implementation plan (SIP) to streamline administrative processes, based on recommendations from the Idaho Crop Residue Advisory Committee, with changes to fee billing procedures for open burning of crop residue.
