Air Plan Approval: ID; Update to CRB Fee Billing Procedures

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve the State of Idaho's Department of Environmental Quality's revised state implementation plan (SIP), which updates the payment timing for crop residue open burning fees. The changes were recommended by Idaho's Crop Residue Advisory Committee and aim to streamline the administrative process for the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.
