U.S. Issues Final Rule to Exempt Security and Suitability Files from Privacy Act Provisions

The U.S. government has issued a final rule to exempt the Security and Suitability Files system of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act, replacing two non-existent systems with a new exemption.
