EPA Proposes Cost Recovery Settlement for Lightman Drum Company Superfund Site in New Jersey

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a cost recovery settlement agreement with 18 companies to resolve their liability for past and future response costs at the Lightman Drum Company Superfund Site in Camden County, New Jersey, with the companies agreeing to pay $13.5 million.
