Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Special Local Regulation for Havapalooza 2019 Marine Event

The Coast Guard is implementing a temporary special local regulation for the Havapalooza 2019 marine event on Lake Havasu, allowing authorized personnel to transit through the event area while spectators are prohibited from anchoring, blocking, or loitering in the area on September 14, 2019.
