DOT Proposes New System of Records for Military Under 21 Pilot Program

The Department of Transportation is proposing a new system of records to study the safety performance of 18- to 20-year-old military personnel with specialized training operating commercial vehicles in interstate commerce, as part of a pilot program required by the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act of 2015.
