EPA Approves Missouri State Implementation Plan Revision for Compliance Monitoring

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized the approval of a Missouri State Implementation Plan revision, which revises a regulation allowing for alternate monitoring methods to ensure compliance and detect violations, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
