Extension of Scoping Period for Texas GulfLink Deepwater Port License Application

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and the Maritime Administration (MARAD) are extending the public scoping period for the Texas GulfLink deepwater port license application until September 27, 2019, to allow for a full 30 days of review and feedback. This extension comes after delays in posting the application on the docket, and is necessary to ensure that the public and interested parties have sufficient time to review and comment on the proposal.
