US Fish and Wildlife Service Approves 30-Year Permit for Texas Habitat Conservation Plan

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a 30-year incidental take permit for the Lower Colorado River Authority's Transmission Services Corporation's Habitat Conservation Plan, allowing for the incidental take of 23 listed and unlisted species in Texas.
