EPA Approves Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan for District of Columbia, Incorporating New VOC Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the District of Columbia's state implementation plan, updating the 2002 Mobile Equipment Repair and Refinishing model rule to incorporate new volatile organic compound (VOC) regulations from the Ozone Transport Commission, adopted by the District in 2016.
