US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Canadian Fabricated Structural Steel Not Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that Canadian fabricated structural steel was not sold in the US at a price lower than its fair market value between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018, and is now postponing its final determination on the matter.
