US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Chinese Fabricated Structural Steel Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that certain fabricated structural steel from China is being sold in the US at a price lower than its fair market value, and has postponed its final decision on the matter until further review.
