U.S. Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone in Newtown Creek, New York

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a 300-foot radius safety zone around the Kosciuszko Bridge in Newtown Creek to protect against potential hazards from bridge maintenance activities, and only authorized vessels or personnel are allowed to enter the area.
