EPA Grants Exemption to TMDPS for Hazardous Waste Injection at Deer Park, Texas Facility

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reissued an exemption to TMDPS for three Class I hazardous waste injection wells at their Deer Park, Texas facility, allowing for underground injection of specific restricted hazardous wastes until December 31, 2030.
