EPA Approves Utah's Plan to Reduce Air Pollution

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved five State Implementation Plan submissions from Utah, which address interstate transport requirements for nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and fine particulate matter under the Clean Air Act, in response to EPA's 2010 and 2012 national ambient air quality standards.
