EPA Approves North Carolina's Revised I/M Program and Charlotte Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by North Carolina's Department of Environmental Quality, which updates the state's inspection and maintenance program and maintenance plan for the Charlotte-Rock Hill, NC-SC 2008 8-hour ozone nonattainment area, effective July 25, 2018.
