Patient Safety Organizations to Relinquish Status, AHRQ Delists Them

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has delisted six patient safety organizations (PSOs) that voluntarily relinquished their status, including Healthcare Quality Support, LLC, Premier Patient Safety Organization, QA STATS LLC, Securus Medica, LLC, Vascular Study Group Patient Safety Organization, LLC, and Washington State Patient Safety Organization, due to non-compliance with the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005 and the Patient Safety Rule.
