EPA Removes Electro-Coatings, Inc. Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 has announced the removal of the Electro-Coatings, Inc. Superfund Site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all necessary response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980. This decision does not rule out potential future actions under the Superfund program.
