US Department of Commerce Conducts Administrative Review of Indian PET Film Subsidies

The US Department of Commerce is reviewing countervailing duties on polyethylene terephthalate film from India, finding that Jindal Poly Films Ltd. and SRF Limited received subsidies during the review period, and invites public comment on the preliminary results.
