DoD Issues Final Rule to Streamline Contract Terms and Conditions for Contractors

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to modify the text of an existing DFARS clause, incorporating another clause on the same subject to simplify contract terms and conditions for contractors, following recommendations from the Regulatory Reform Task Force.
