DoD Issues Final Rule to Update DFARS Clause for Readjustment of Payments

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to modify the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clause 'Readjustment of Payments' to clearly specify the government official to contact for applying the clause, following recommendations from the Regulatory Reform Task Force.
